University Academic Programs and Services (UAPS)
This is the web page for University Academic Programs and Services (UAPS), an administrative unit providing staff support to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. This University office staff advises the three campuses in the development of new programs for presentation to the Board of Trustees and the Illinois Board of Higher Education. The office coordinates and advises campus units in other submissions to the IBHE, including annual program reviews, statewide surveys, grant proposals, performance/results reports and student assessment.

Illinois Articulation Initiative
The Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) is a voluntary statewide transfer agreement among 110 participating 2- and 4-year Illinois public and independent institutions.
